Tiffany & Co. is a holding company that operates through its subsidiary companies. The Company's principal subsidiary, Tiffany and Company (Tiffany), is a jeweler and specialty retailer whose principal merchandise offering is fine jewelry. It also sells timepieces, sterling silverware, china, crystal, stationery, fragrances and accessories. Through Tiffany and other subsidiaries, the Company is engaged in product design, manufacturing and retailing activities. The Company's channels of distribution include U.S. Retail, International Retail, Direct Marketing and Other. During the fiscal year ended January 31, 2008, the Company sold its interest in Little Switzerland, Inc.

Tiffany and co National Design Museum

Feeding Desire presents the evolution of dining in the United States and Europe, as displayed through the context of flatware, ceramics,
furniture and all of the decorative arts created for the dining room. The Tiffany & Co. Foundation supported this exhibition when originated at The Smithsonian Institution's, Cooper Hewitt: National Design Museum in New York in 2006.
